When I visited Rome, this was the one thing I wanted to see. This is still one of the most impressive buildings of Ancient Rome, and to walk around it or inside of it truly leaves a lasting impression. The day I visited happened to be raining, and it was amazing to stand in the center of the dome and feel the rain coming through the perfect circle in the center of the ceiling.
