Every Photography Package includes Digital Photo Retouching, $1 Million General Liability Insurance provided through Hiscox Insurance (UDC-1771957-CGL-16), as well as your very own custom online gallery, powered by Pixieset. (You may view their terms of service here) Your photo gallery will contain a download pin, which you will be emailed upon completion of the photo editing. The download pin is for the client who purchased the photographs only. Your photos can be downloaded at full resolution or web size, however if you would like access to the raw CR2 files directly created by the camera as well as the edit data, you will have to request that separately, as well as provide a hard drive to transfer the files to. These will be given at no extra cost. Depending on the scope of the project, you may require multiple galleries; they will be treated the same. Sheldon Steere Photography, at their discretion, may also require an email gateway for marketing purposes to access the photos. Photos can be freely shared online by anyone. They can also be crawled by Search Engines and random internet traffic that Sheldon Steere Photography cannot track or prevent. The purchaser of the package will be given unlimited rights to usage in any capacity. The images are the property of Sheldon Steere Photography of Oakland, California. As such, Sheldon Steere Photography grants unlimited license for its clients to print these images in Print, Mixed Media, Digital, and Advertising applications. The photographer reserves the right to display any photographs as samples of his work or in his own advertising. You may purchase professional prints, canvases, and albums directly through Pixieset using your online gallery. You are also able to order products through your own printer if you choose. If customers would like printing outside of the options available through the gallery, they can inquire directly through Sheldon Steere Photography. Sheldon Steere Photography proudly partners with BayPhoto to offer larger prints, as well as other creative printing mediums (such as aluminum, acrylic, wood, and other boutique options). Sheldon Steere Photography sets his pricing at his discretion, and prices and costs can change up until the point that it has been agreed upon in writing. Sheldon Steere Photography promises to never display low quality images with watermarks over them, forcing you to purchase your photos. At the end of your photoshoot, you have full access to all of your full quality photos and we make it as easy as possible for you to get them professionally printed, and share them with anyone you want.
